Beta titanium alloy bolt

The processable size is M3 to M8! Using the strong Ti15-3-3-3 among β alloys.

Beta titanium alloy bolts are literally lightweight and strong screws that are stronger than stainless steel. The material used is Ti15-3-3-3 (15V-3AI-3Cr-3Sn), which has high strength among beta alloys. While β-153 is already very strong, its strength can be further enhanced through aging treatment. We have now made it possible to manufacture bolts and tapping screws that were previously deemed unsuitable. Additionally, we also handle "nickel alloy bolts" that excel in heat resistance. 【Features】 ■ Excellent corrosion resistance (especially against seawater, comparable to platinum) ■ Lightweight and strong, about 60% the weight of steel or stainless steel ■ Specific strength surpasses that of stainless steel and steel ■ Machinable sizes range from M3 to M8 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Introduction to Manufacturing Technology] Materials

Trusted worldwide and securing a large share! Used in space, aerospace, medical, and industrial equipment.

We would like to introduce the materials used by our company. The pure titanium raw materials refined by two domestic manufacturers are globally trusted as the JAPAN brand and have secured a significant market share. These raw materials are blended with aluminum and vanadium by domestic steel manufacturers to produce round bar materials. This material is designated as TAB6400 under JIS standards and is used in aerospace, medical, and industrial equipment, unlike the easily obtainable overseas Ti-6A1-4V. We also use imported difficult-to-machine materials (such as nickel alloys). 【TAB6400 Features】 ■ Forms a strong non-conductive film on the surface ■ Corrosion-resistant in seawater, comparable to platinum ■ Contains extremely low impurities, compliant with "Green Procurement" and "RoHS Directive" ■ Forms a strong and stable oxide film on the surface ■ Does not cause electrolytic corrosion *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Introduction to Manufacturing Technology] Forging

Introducing the construction method "forging," which excels in fracture toughness, crack propagation speed, and creep resistance!

We would like to introduce our manufacturing technology, "forging." The TAB6400 alloy undergoes forging in the alpha-beta phase region to achieve excellent mechanical properties, which mandates the formation of equiaxed alpha structure. However, when the meticulously manufactured TAB6400 alloy is forged, it results in a very fine needle-like alpha structure, which is recognized for its superiority in terms of fracture toughness, crack propagation rate, and creep resistance. As representative products of forging, it is used in the pressure hull of the Deep Sea 6500 and in jet engine components. 【Features】 ■ Forging meticulously manufactured TAB6400 alloy results in a very fine needle-like alpha structure ■ Superior in terms of fracture toughness, crack propagation rate, and creep resistance ■ Used in the pressure hull of the Deep Sea 6500 and in jet engine components *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Introduction to Manufacturing Technology] Rolling Process

A fine hardened layer is formed on the surface of the screw! Prevents galling and seizure, which are disadvantages of titanium bolts.

We would like to introduce our manufacturing technology, "rolling processing." By applying high pressure with precision-ground rolling dies, a fine hardened layer is formed on the surface of the screws, preventing the drawbacks of titanium bolts, such as galling and seizure. Additionally, because rolled screws undergo plastic deformation that does not disrupt the material's structure, they do not compromise the inherent strength of the material. In contrast, cutting screws disrupt the material's structure, leading to reduced fracture toughness and increased crack propagation speed. The screw parts of our products correspond to JIS B 0205 (Grade 2), JIS B 0207 (Grade 2), JIS B 0206 (2A), and JIS B 0208 (2A). We can accommodate sizes from M3×0.5 to M42×4.5. 【Features】 ■ Formation of a fine hardened layer on the screw surface ■ Prevention of galling and seizure ■ Rolled screws undergo plastic deformation without disrupting the material's structure ■ Preservation of the material's inherent strength *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
